My wife and I recently had dinner at Benny’s, a new Argentinian-inspired steakhouse in Santamaria, Panama, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The menu is simple, yet everything is perfectly executed.
We ordered the premium ribeye steak, cooked to a perfect medium, and it was outstanding—tender, juicy, and truly melted in the mouth. The broccolini side was a great complement, but the real surprise was the Caesar salad appetizer. Finally, a steakhouse in Panama with an outstanding Caesar salad! The empanadas de carne were also delicious, with a flavorful filling and perfect crust.
For dessert, I expected the typical New York cheesecake, but it far exceeded expectations. The wild red berry sauce was a delightful touch that took it to the next level.
