I visited Café Suárez finca around Christmas time in 2019 with my parents and aunt so they could see the coffee we were drinking during their visit firsthand. The owner Roberto Suarez Diaz was there with some of his immediate family, he gave us a tour of this gorgeous finca and the processing plant. He is if memory serves 5th generation and their brand of coffee is the best consistently on the grocery shelves here in Panamá. For the price, the value is exceptional (like $6 USD for a bag at the store). PRO TIP: If live locally you come by and buy in bulk 5 lb bags for some savings. The farm is very high up on the volcanic mountain soil, and its probably but one big reason why their beans taste the best in large producer area.
