We stopped in for dinner after hiking the pipeline trail and the las tres cascades. We were hungry and our legs were tired and the restaurant did not disappoint. We avoid eating out unless we can truly find quality food. It was an incredible experience with two amazing dishes (hand made pasta with shrimp and clams; red snapper entree). we started off with the authentic house made grilled cheese; they brought out amazing bread and dip; and we ended with the highly coveted honey geisha coffee, delicious frothy natural process house coffee and the best coffee flavoured ice cream we have ever had. While hummingbirds buzzed beside us in the beautiful garden of exotic flowers. Only thing more impressive than the food was the service and the camaraderie from the beauty’s working the bar and the restaurant. Jorge is a brilliant coffee barista; Elias’ service was perfect, accompanied by Luis for added input. They were all extremely kind and fun to hangout with. Even the young man and woman working downstairs were amazing people. (We went home with extra baked goods for later) Highly recommend this place if you are anywhere near the Boquete area. Oh, and they also provided us with an alternative to cooking oils by using butter for us for any dish we asked, even though I think they use high quality olive oil to begin with. Don’t miss out on this great chance to experience the...

Our dining experience at this upscale restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. This establishment offers a delightful blend of Panamanian cuisine with options catering to everyone.

Upon entering, we were greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance, with elegant decor and attentive service setting the tone for the evening. A special shoutout to Roosevelt, our server, whose attentive and friendly demeanor enhanced our experience.

The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations.

As for the food, it surpassed our expectations. Each dish was expertly prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, showcasing the rich flavors of Panama. From traditional favorites to innovative creations, there was something to tantalize every palate.

Overall, this restaurant offers a truly memorable dining experience that perfectly captures the essence of Panama's culinary scene. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a delicious meal, this establishment is...

Hubby and I came here on Easter Sunday for dinner and had a fabulous experience. We were greeted and seated promptly by Eduard at a lovely table overlooking the valley. The restaurant is situated at the back of the hotel on well maintained grounds with beautiful views.

Hermiz, our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We had garlic shrimp and cod croquet appetizers and grilled salmon and shrimp/pasta for dinner. It was amazing! The portions were perfectly-sized, the meals were well-seasoned and the flavors were all spot-on! Kudos to the chef!

Eduard brought us their own unique Geisha liquor shot for dessert, which was so good that I bought a bottle to take home.

The food & beverage manager, Sara, talked with us after dinner and familiarized us with the Finca and a bit of its history.

We are new to the Alto Quiel neighborhood and I can see us coming back frequently, whether for dinner or the Cafe or...

The trout, eggplant appetizer, and carajillo are all excellent. The carajillo drink is a coffee caramel sensation with fresh herbs. One of the better drinks I’ve ever had. The trout was perfect for trout. The eggplant caponata was like a bruschetta but better. The three textures of coffee dessert was spot on. The smoked tomato soup was good but unless you like smoky flavor a ton, I’d pass. The truffle potatoes were ok. I’d pick a different side next time. The sangria had fresh fruit but not better than what you can throw together at home. The view was relaxing, the service was fine, the bartender was skilled, and this was a fantastic, but expensive $80 lunch for two - 2 drinks, 2 appetizers, 1 main, and dessert.
