Applebee's | Multiplaza — Restaurant in San Francisco

I ordered the steak (well-done) with mashed potatoes and mushrooms, mozzarella sticks as well as a sweet drink (I even pointed at the picture of what I wanted on the menu). The pineapple&mango tasted like stale flour. The lady server offered strawberry&mango. I agreed to try it. They both were unedible. It was disgusting plus the steak was bleeding once I cut into it, on top of that she forgot the mozzarella sticks including the water which I requested a few times (she apologized and said she forgot). She brought us the bill and kept asking for "tips" which made it awkward and annoying (I was still charged for the two drinks that I was told would be taken off the bill (using Google translate) and the server put in the tip percentage for herself without consent). There was no explanation as she doesn't speak English except for a couple of words. People usually tip if the service was good.

The reason we chose to eat at a restaurant is because we were exhausted from shopping and decided to not cook.

I do not recommend this location (waste of time, money...

The standout, however, was the house-specialty Margarita. The presentation was impressive – poured in a cup with an additional mix shaker, providing three servings. The Passion Fruit Margarita was exceptionally delicious. Yerleini provided exceptional service, enhancing our overall experience. Her attentive and friendly approach added to the positive atmosphere during our visit. The Piñacolada need a bit of improvement (too much water)"
