A restaurant located on the main road which calls itself a healthy restaurant in Asuncion. Ambience is bright but sterile. Food alright, nothing fancy and not really healthy.
A "salad bowl" which is 75.000PYG or a wrap which is 65.000PYG doesn't meet the value at all.
These are NYC prices and better to go to Cafe de Aca or Karu. There you find wraps, bowls (bigger bowls even) between 30.000 and 40.000PYG.
Now I understand why we found easily a place at 12.30, there is always a hook when something seems strange....
Additional I am annoyed about myself that I haven't checked the prices before we have ordered. But Asuncion has usually more or less the same prices allover the city, except LaNutry.

Very nice place to eat on a date or for just a casual meal. Lots of vegan options too 💚 The mbeju is amazing and the cream brûlé chai (although technically not a true cream brûlé) was absolutely delicious. They also have raw vegan brownies.
The pizza wasn't as good as the rest and they don't seem to always have the vegan pizza available.
The vegan Burger was surprisingly good and the raviolis are excellent, but it's not a very big portion.

Súper lindo, súper limpio, súper agradable, súper rico, súper sano.
Una característica muy importante de La Nutry Healthy Food es que es uno de los pocos lugares que ofrece comidas saludables.
En su Ig se describen como "Gastronomia funcional 💯 libre de gluten".
Y esto es sumamente valioso ya que existen muy pocas opciones para personas celíacas. La inclusión en este aspecto es súper importante y tener un lugar así es una especie de oasis para quienes tienen esta patología.
Su decoración y ambientacion combina elementos rústicos con otros antiguos que le da un aspecto muy particular, sumamente cálido y agradable.
Es esmeradamente higiénico (el dia que visitamos había un personal que pasaba constantemente limpiando y repasando el piso) y su comida es muy pero muy rica.
Su carta no es muy extensa pero correcta. Tenés varias opciones tanto de dulces como salados.
Su cafetería esta muy bien con todas las opciones tradicionales que van desde café con leche, capuchino y chocolate, entre otras.
No sólo es cafetería, tenés menú semanal, bandejas, catering, keto&funcional y panadería.
Ubicada en la zona cerca del botánico no vas a tener inconvenientes en estacionar. Tiene algunos lugares en su predio (pocos) pero el barrio es muy tranquilo para dejar tu vehiculo.
Los precios son los mismos que podés encontrar en confiterias de esa categoría. No vas a tener ninguna sorpresa en eso.
Tiene un pequeño jardín con mesas que podés disfrutar si el clima lo permite.
Los vas a encontrar de lunes a miércoles de 8 a 23 y los jueves a sábados de 8 a 0.
Una lástima que no abran los domingos ya que es una excelente y muy linda opción.
