I spent 2 weeks where, as they say, "I tried them all" and having this place next to my hotel I couldn't help but test it. The atmosphere is very cool - but if you avoid family lunches on the weekend it's much better, in fact going there in the evening is preferable. The choice of dishes is usual even if there are South American influences such as the Peruvian dishes - ceviche, which I chose. I can't give maximum stars as I didn't really like the service or the quality of the dishes. Much "colour" is little attention - I have certainly eaten better ceviche, in Paraguay itself.
