This is a little hidden gem with great service. It appears to be an old restaurant, could use an update but gives the retroclassic Japanese restaurant décor and feel, which means it must have been there a while.
Our server went for it and cooked our yakiniku, which was great. The pork was particularly the best. Sushi boat only had one fish type on it in different styles, so if seeking variety, especially sharing with friends, I'd recommend checking or requesting with the server; the salmon was fresh and the rice was well done. Friend had Agedashi Tofu and said it was good, I regret not having tried it.

The place was very busy for a rainy night but the service was efficient. I ordered some appetizers, salmon and wine. Everything was great - esp the fried appetizer was great !!
