Brunno Pizzería — Restaurant in Cayma

I visited Brunno's pizza with my wife. We ordered the deal of the day (2 pizzas and 2 portions of garlic bread). When the food arrived it came without garlic bread and when we asked they said it's for take out only and we'd be charged full price for both pizzas (meaning the cost would be way more than the deal). When we asked why they said it said under it in Spanish that it's take out only. We both speak/read Spanish and it very clearly didn't state this anywhere. When we asked where it said this she pointed to some text saying not valid on public holidays... If this was a real condition and they just hadn't stated it on the menu she should have stated it when we ordered as we very clearly ordered the deal.

I didn't stand for this pathetic attempt to extort foreigners and only paid for the price of the deal and made sure we got the garlic bread. Would definitely not go back here and neither of us would recommend it to anyone else at all. The girl who worked there had a horrible attitude in general, as well as being a liar and...

Compre 5 pizzas de las más especiales. Esperaba un festín en mi paladar. Sin embargo, esta pizza realmente deja mucho pero mucho que desear. Es muy posible que sea yo a quien no le gusto el sabor de la pizza pero realmente deja mucho que desear. Algo más que me sorprendió, es que compre 5 pizzas por 190 soles y pregunte si había algún especial y dijeron que si pero solo martes o algo así y ofrecían alrededor de 25% de descuento. Pedí hablar con el supervisor para ver si podía cambiar y ofrecerme esta promoción especialmente por el monto que estaba comprando, pero la respuesta fue negativa. Al fin de cuentas me parece muy absurdo que no puedan cambiar algo y hubieran preferido que no compre nada. Mi queja real es por la calidad de la pizza, es muy inferior a cualquier pizza.
