Update: this was my 3rd time here I don’t have words to explain my las experience here, in this time when I went to check out the account the girl at here ask me to bring my second card because she said my first card doesn’t work properly, this raise my first concern because how she know that I have another card? So she takes my card and pass the POS then she said it’s works, so I get bad feeling about that, so at night I receive an alert from my bank’s card about a strange transaction at online store, what card was my 2nd card the card that I used at costumbres restaurant , i used only in this place my 2nd card I called immediately my bank and block the card, so that’s means the girl cashier at Costumbres restaurant some how record my card number and the ccv number as well and she used my card at online store, this is under investigation at local police and the bank open a case to investigate this restaurant, this is my. I had a late lunch there on 14/9/17. A local recommended me this place. I ordered the ceviche which I had tried in other restaurant . I had told the waitress to reduced the amount of vinegar to this dish but it still taste sour. Maybe the local like the sour taste !! For those like me who don't like sour please don't try this dish. I also ordered Cuy(Guinea Pig). Surprisingly taste so good better then chicken but for those who don't like oily food please stay out! Also don't forget to tried their Peru Libre cocktail. Hoy volvi a visitar este lugar y reafirmo la sazón que tienen en este lugar, fue uno de mis restaurantes fav y hoy tuve que comer ahi si o si antes de regresar a Lima. Espero que sigan manteniendo su sazón cuando vuelva a visitar arequipa. La experiencia culinaria en este lugar fue verdaderamente espectacular. El pebre de res que pedí fue un verdadero deleite, con sabores intensos y una textura perfecta. Pero el plato estrella fue el triple para compartir, que resultó ser una auténtica mescla de sabores. El chanchito al horno estaba cocinado a la perfección, suave y jugoso, mientras que el pastel de papa y el solterito complementaban perfectamente el plato. Y el rocoto relleno resultó ser una delicia suave y sutil que me encantó.

Las porciones son generosas y contundentes, perfectas para compartir. El servicio es impecable, con un personal sumamente atento y amable que siempre está pendiente de que todo esté bien.

El ambiente es amplio y bonito, con un toque de elegancia que lo hace perfecto. La pileta en la entrada es un toque decorativo que agrega un elemento de frescura y serenidad al espacio. Y para los que buscan opciones más ligeras, el menú ofrece una variedad de platos que parecen muy apetecibles, aunque no tuve la oportunidad de probarlos.
