Four Seas International House( 4 mares) — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

This is definitely my to go Chinese restaurant in Lima Peru. Been coming here since 2016 and let me tell you that you won’t be disappointed. Let’s get straight into what we order and always come out with a happy smile and happy stomach. Depending on how many people we are this is the way to go. 2-3 people we will order: 1 honey ribs (costillas a la miel), 1 fried rice with no soy sauce, yes you want to go this route and believe it’s wayyyy better than your typical Peruvian arroz chaufa (arroz frito sin siyao), some cream of corn if they have it (crema de choclo dulce), or some sautéed vegetables. If you are 4-6 people I would go for the same items mentioned above and will add the following: one steamed whole fish (pescado al vapor), one black pepper beef (carne de res a la pimienta negra) or another steamed or sautéed vegetable dish. Try to have them seat you upstairs for parties bigger than 6 people. It’s a little more private than downstairs. Nice place, depending on the day the service is okay, most of the time it's not great at all to the point if you don't introduce or ask for help they would never know you are there. The food though is great I will admit that's most likely the only saving grace, portions are big and flavourful most importantly the waiting time is minimal...

Uno de los chifas buenos que hay en el nuevo barrio chino de Lima, San Borja. Atención super rápida, local amplio y cómodo , ordenado y limpio sobre todo. Tienes para elegir platos a la carta y menú todo el día. Debo decir que todo ahí es rico pero unos platos son mejores que otros por preparación ya que la presentación es un punto extra aparte ya que te sirven la guarnición , que generalmente es arroz chaufa , separado del platillo principal que ordenas. Además, en la entrada se diferencia de otros en que tiene además de la ya clásica sopa wantan o están frito, los riquísimos enrollados primavera. Para pagar tienen diversos medios de pago lo que facilita la transacción. También cuentan con Delivery. Estacionamiento también tiene pero siempre que he ido esta ocupado así que ahí afuera en todo aviación hay estacionamiento público que puedes ubicar lentamente porque siempre hay uno libre por ahí.
