Grimanesa Anticucheria — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

I was hoping to try this place for so long. I must say the flavor of the anticuchos is amazing. They are tender and delicious. The story about Grimanesa is inspiring. Cons of this place: $$$ The prices (if you are a turistas you might find this inexpensive) but for locals this is considered overprice. You can definitely find great anticuchos for less money but let’s remember Grimanesa Anticucheria is famous and the sazón would not disappoint you. Los anticuchos muy ricos y buena carne, aunque no es algo que se distinga lejanamente de otros restaurantes con especialidad en anticuchos, casi van en el mismo nivel. Sin embargo, los precios un poquito elevado, casi 30 soles por 2 palitos de anticuchos, y no incluye Choclo y otros adicionales, solo papa y anticucho. Lugares ricos de anticuchos como Olga y Betty por el ovalo de paso de los Andes, cipriano dulanto, sin igual de exquisitos y carnosos, pero la diferencia es que cuestan un poco menos, e incluye su choclo y buenas porciones de papa. Creo que grimanesa por su ubicación y el pago de alquiler, debe considerar obligadamente esos precios, pero al ser un lugar pequeño en donde prácticamente tienes que sentarte con demás personas en una mesa común y no disfrutar de tu privacidad como familia, te lleva a pensar a que debería mudarse a un lugar más accesible, que la renta le sea menos y eso le permita 3 cosas fundamentales: Bajar un poco el precio, contar con un local más grande y considerar adicionales dentro de la porción de anticucho, con eso creo que su local siempre estaría lleno y sería el top de los anticuchos, porque vaya, quien no ha escuchado de Doña Grimanesa y sus anticuchos de vaca enamorada, pero por las características que he mencionado, me parece son los resultados de ahora y que el local no esté abarrotado diariamente o al menos, los fines de semana.
