Sutorīto Māketto is a Japanese restaurant that specializes in street food. I recently visited this restaurant and was impressed by the overall experience.

First, the atmosphere was fantastic. The decor was modern and chic, with an open kitchen where you could see the chefs preparing the food. The lighting was just right, and the seating was comfortable.

The menu was extensive, and there were so many options to choose from. I ordered the pork belly bao buns, chicken karaage, and takoyaki. All of the dishes were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The pork belly was tender and juicy, and the chicken karaage was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The takoyaki was a unique experience, and I enjoyed trying something new.

The service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure that I had everything I needed. They were also knowledgeable about the menu and could provide recommendations based on my preferences.

Overall, I highly recommend Sutorīto Māketto restaurant. The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent, and it was a delightful dining experience. I would definitely return to this restaurant...

This restaurant was the only good sushi restaurant that was open late on a Sunday and we were lucky to find it.

We started our meal with the Cebiche Marciano which was one of the best I've ever had. The creamy cilantro sauce was delicious: 10/10. We also ordered the Trufado which I wish was less seared and had more truffle flavor but was delicious nonetheless: 8/10. We also ordered the Bombastic, Aji Sakana, and the Mailey Spicy which were good but all a bit similar to each other: 7/10.

For dessert we got the Skillet Kukkī which was a delicious finish to the meal. The amount of butterscotch was just right. I think I would have preferred this without the coconut flakes though: 9/10.

I loved the atmosphere of this place. I felt like I was in Japan for the meal (except for having Peruvian servers).

One area of improvement I would highly recommend is with their service. The original woman who took our drink orders just disappeared and we were left asking for help from other servers. Though they seemed confused, they were kind to help us each time we...

Oh my god. Hands down best makis I’ve had in Peru! We ordered some delivery for lunch while I was working and my friend recommended this place. It arrived quickly and the packaging was SO CUTE. Maketto already won me over just w their adorable minimal cat logo packaging. We got a cucumber salad and 3 diff makis, an avocado one, the fish skin and the spicy one (unsure which exacte ones they were as their entire menu was in Spanish and I just had my friend order for us). Everything was so flavourful and fresh. I’ve had makis quite a few times but man this was truly the full experience. I’m even craving some right now! Definitely recommend anyone who is visiting Lima and would like to try the Japanese/Peruvian fusion makis. Prices were fair, on the pricier side but so so worth it. Apparently the location is very nice as well and a great place for drinks, I would love to stop by for an in person...

Chill japanese resto, the place looks like a stret food road, on the right side the open kitchen is fscing the main dining area. Surrounded by bricks wall and graffiti. The food is really awesome, the japanese peruvian fusion works really well, the only thing we ordered and need to be upgraded, in my opinion are the gyoza, thick dough and dry filling, maybe cause too compacted ot my the dispropotion of the ingridients, the sauce was good and authentic. The rest was awesome from nigiri tothe maki to the few tapas ordered. Special mention to the fried chicken, that batter was incredibly might and good, spot o really. Highly recommended for lunch or casual dinner.
