The other day, I ordered a vegan bowl and somehow they mistakenly put chicken in it. I bit into a piece of chicken and immediately spit it out.

I asked the sever and kitchen staff to take it back and bring me the correct vegan bowl. I urged them to be mindful of how they prepare their food, especially for vegan customers.

La atención al cliente es paupérrima. En Lima existen otros restaurantes que no solo ofrecen opciones saludables, sino que además cuentan con un trato al público mucho más profesional y empático.

Solicité un producto por didi cuya descripción indicaba que venía con salsa acevichada (adjunto foto), la única que consumo entre las opciones ofrecidas. Grande fue mi decepción al descubrir que solo incluyeron salsa shoyu. Al manifestar mi disconformidad, la respuesta del restaurante fue que se trataba de una “mala interpretación” por mi parte, alegando que la acevichada ya venía incorporada sobre el atún. Si ese fuera el caso, lo lógico habría sido especificar “Atún en salsa acevichada” o derivados, en lugar de presentarlo como una alternativa adicional, al igual que la otra salsa.
