Shimaya Ramen San Borja — Restaurant in Lima Metropolitan Area

I have been to this restaurant shimaya in San Borja, absolutely disaster of service. Three ladies/waiters running the service, have no clue on what they are doing. The place is not even busy yet we had to wait outside in order to be let in for around 10 min while we can actually see inside there are a lot of tables available, so in other words not busy. We sat at the table waited to be served, we sat at the table near the kitchen. Myself and wife ordered for two medium ramen soups with gyozas, I completely understand this is not a fine dinning restaurant but they brought mine first, had to wait almost 10min for my wife's ramen and when it eventually came they forget to bring the cooldrink as well. At the end when we finished I had to ask for serviettes because there was non on the table to begin with, the other lady apologized for this. I also noticed all three ladies/waiters hiding in the corner while people are waiting to be let into the restaurant, eventually I saw around 8 people leave due to waiting outside. I used to like this place, but now I am extremely disappointed. This place has given me one of the worst dining experiences in my entire life.

I went along with my daughter expecting to have some dinner, only to find that even after 45 minutes being sat at the table, not a single person had even taken our order.

This is a disgrace to leave a 4 year old hungry, but to not even take our order or pay any attention to us for an entire 45 minutes is just a joke. You would think that having a menu on the table would mean the order has not been taken, yet the staff continuously served other customers. Even cleaning the table right in front of our eyes from the people who left. But the living, breathing and hungry customers can't even get their order taken.
