A little bit slow on serving considering the branch was meant to serve on the go traffic of travellers passing c5 extension. There weren't even many people to possibly cause slow service. I ordered what i think is a new dish, salt and pepper pork. The taste is salty, with a familiar taste of their chilli sauce, plus fresh chillis and some green onions. For me it lacks the pepper taste, which i assume should come from black peppers. The texture was good though cause they put some coating of flour??. The dish comes with kropeck and fried egg rice. Its also a good thing that they allow you to order add on eggs. I asked for a sunny side up add on. It costs only 10 bucks. Probably the cheapest sulit thing you could order. Its the same price as carinderias. Order two, then youll have a filling breakfast type meal for an additional 20 bucks. Its not on the menu though. Just make sure to be clear with ordering add on egg ckz last time i ordered extra fried egg instead of sunny side up egg, they gave me an additional fried egg rice. Its like getting extra rice instead of egg. The place where this branch is situated is kinda new and they have a big church there. Something for me to check out next time i pass by. As a regular customer, i was too disappointed about the service of the counter staff...i visited C5 branch recently and the counter staff made me wait for several munutes without even taking my order and was too busy preparing other orders. I even asked if they have anybody else to take orders and she did not even say a word. Very poor Customer Service. Last night, went out with my daughter to order some food via drive thru and also waited too long and when we reached the order taker, was surprised that the HALO HALO which is mainly the reason why we went out...

I waited for almost 30 minutes for my take out order when all the people who went after me had already eaten or left the establishment. They wouldn't even budge if I hadn't made a follow up. The worst thing is that after I got home, I found out that they gave me a different order! 😡

I was so annoyed because the staff didn't even say sorry. The halohalo has already melted because it was just the only order that came out at the right time. The service was awful and they didn't even seem to care that I was the only one on the waiting...
