We drove by there a few hours earlier and experienced the worst customer service ever. I'm not really the type to complain or voice out but this one instance made me let out a good one. I was provided with a fork with a leftover rice on it. The guy crew was kind enough to provide me with a plastic fork but didn't even apologize like it was nothing big given the fact that we're in a pandemic and the virus can be passed on soo easily. I kept my mouth shut until I asked for another round of gravy. I came by the window where a girl crew was stationed and I was boldly told to stand in line just to get an extra helping of gravy. I understand they were tending to people in the queue but having a customer get in line to get a helping of gravy while in the middle of a meal is totally unacceptable!! I hope this girl gets fired. Read morePoor customer service!! Special mention night shift staff. Patiently waiting for our order, not to much customer that time but order was serve until we decided to follow up our order after given period of time. Tried to ask the staff but one cashier/service crew was even more sarcastic after serving not the totality of our order said" Andito na po!!" Didn't even apologise so i reacted to her reaction and tell the supervisor how she reacted and handle our complaint! They apologise but seems it was so sarcastic and even went back to their agenda that nothing seems to happen! It's like they are already used of handling unprofessionally of customer! Hope someone would notice this kind of behaviour! Never again coming back if the same crew are there!!
P.S I'm also a customer care representative so i know how to handle customer properly and professionally without disappointing customer with...

One of our lady friends heard Mass at this great church near Las Pinas and said they would be happy to have breakfast with the kids ( Ninang didn't make it to the birthday party) So off we went and the one closest to the church was a Jolibee. Ever reliable, not always wanted or somthing to look forward to but a convenient alternative.
