What first caught my attention was the softness of the pork which was even more tender than jelly. The ramen had runny yolk eggs which is frankly hard to do unless you have pretty good cooking technique. The noodles were cooked just right and the broth has many layers of flavor, with the earthy saltiness hitting your tastebuds first.
I advise to leave noodles as you finish your pork because the pork fat might leave you queasy if you just eat it by itself.
