The Jollibee at SM Southmall was disappointing. Of the food ordered - the fries and spaghetti came cold and had to be reheated, the general seating area was dreary and the tables and floor sticky. Queues of people waiting patiently in line - the locals just don’t complain about anything……Customers simply put their heads down and take what they get - locals seldom complain but deserve better - Jollibee is almost a staple diet and the food well known and liked. Going to the single unisex toilet was another disappointment (see the photographs). The customers also inconsiderately just leave their tables in a state of mess as there is no guidance on clearing and the management don’t care. They called over an hour to say they have no driver. What the heck?!? You just realized for over an hour there are no driver? The staff didn't even felt embarrassed that they couldn't complete the order. Didn't even have the courtesy to recommend maybe transfer order to another branch rather than stalling? I was in a rush bc the P2P bus will leave at 1:00PM so I have not checked my take out order. When I’m about to eat my take-out food, there was no spoon and fork and paper tissue.
