We came here and ordered two iced lattes and a carrotita cake slice for dessert. Experience dictates that drinks from Starbucks are a hit or miss. My latte came out a bit more bitter than my usual.
The cake was good.
The place is spacious and can handle up to 40 people at a time (there are al fresco tables). The airconditioning makes the place a bit cold for comfort but this preference may vary from person to person. The store is generally well-lit, owing to the fact that it is near the mall exit and had floor to ceiing windows bounding two sides.
The service was generally good except for how the cashier handled the queue. A Senior Citizen cut in line and went ahead of us without much of a word. We expected that the cashier would, at the very least, inform us that she was going to take the Senior Citizen's order first (as they take priority in this country).
Instead, she went on ahead and took the order of the Senior Citizen and ignored us who were in line. Hence, the three star service rating.

The place was very crowded as well and the floors were a bit sticky. I wouldn't have gone to this branch, but coffee bean ran out of mocha ice blended.
