The restaurant is part of a group of retail outlets and its location can be missed. If driving towards Alabang it is on the right side with the car parking at the beginning and limited behind the Mall. As of the 1 August 2024 they have introduced a car parking charge but if you are a senior it is free parking. It is central on the ground floor near to the decorative fountain at the Landers end of the development. The washrooms share a lobby area with hand basin etc amd then the male and female washrooms off the lobby section. Whilst it was clean and had a fresh smell - however it was tired looking. The menu is quite extensive and very German in its offerings - as it should be with the name it as. The food itself is reasonably priced and well presented, however there are other locations that are better value. The Goulash soup was quite tasty with a nice spicy twist as expected. I followed this with the Pork / Cheese sausages and cold potato salad - not mashed potato. Apple struddle was my preferred sweet along with a lemon and ginger cooler. Sorry cannot comment on the beer but it seemed from others to be OK. WOULD I RECOMMEND? - YES give it a go WILL I RETURN? Possibly.

Brotzeit is one of bar resto that recently opened at Alabang West Parade located along TS Cruz in Las Pinas. AWP is a township built by Megaworld, it is located very near Landers in Las Pinas. Brotzeit is a german resto bar. They serve of course german sausages and draft beer! Their food are mainly common dishes with different type of sausages. Tried their American Breakfast and I loved it, it has a strip of sausage and bacon along with 2 two sunny side up eggs and all are sitting on a pork & beans sauce which is really tasty and a bit spicy. We also tried their burger, may kids loved it because it was juicy and tasty too. Too bad we didn’t get to try any of their draft beers. Overall, great food, attentive and friendly staff, nice ambiance with a bar & al fresco area. Price is a bit on the high side but worth it. We’ll definitely go back again!

A new restaurant of the well-known chain "brotzeit". What I always find a pity in such franchise restaurants is that the staff is not "befitting" thematically trained. Therefore, the motivation is also very modest. This goes from pouring out the drinks to serving the food ect. where little technical knowledge is available. According to the motto "Anyone can serve", maximum profits are achieved with the least effort at the expense of service. The supplier of the types of bread that are offered has little in common with German products, although there are good suppliers in the Philippines, the cheapest ones have certainly been chosen, and therefore the ones with the inferior products. The food was ok, but the beer had more of a German feel. With a service charge of 10 percent, you can expect more

Food was good. The meter long paprika sausage is delicious, the spices are just right, tender and juicy - could feed 4-5 people. The giant pork schnitzel is a bit too thin and a bit dry for my liking but not bad none the less. The chips and wedges are both fried and seasoned to my liking. The soup of the day (carrot) is well seasoned with nice consistency, hearty. The bread is good too. The sauerkraut is just ok. The spiced mulled red wine tasted so authentic. The space is big, nicely lit and appropriately designed, not really sure if they are a sports bar but what’s on the screens are for the selected few. Patty was very nice, provided service with a smile and was very attentive.

We finally had the chance to try this Brotzeit German Beer Bar & Restaurant at Alabang West Parade. It was mid-lunchtime, and the place was almost full, but we were still promptly seated. It was an open layout with plenty of natural lighting. We started with a farmer’s salad. The greens were fresh and crunchy, lightly seasoned with a generous serving of feta cheese that is soft, creamy-buttery in consistency, and lightly salted, which is just right to season the vegetables. The pork cheese sausage is cooked right, lightly seared, with a smoky, spicy flavor. The meat is juicy and tender. Perfect for the lager beer. It was a nice lunch, not too heavy but filling just the same.

Visited the Alabang branch and it did not disappoint. The staff was really attentive of our needs, from food selection to the serving of order and even after we ate. As first timers, it was helpful that the staff knew the menu. It helped us decide what to try and in fairness, all the staff recommendations were good. The sausage platter is a must try for first timers. The steak is decent but so-so. Vegetable side dish was good though. The pizza was good and the dough used here is not the pizza as we know it. Overall great experience. Alabang west parade branch is better than bgc because it is more peaceful. Will definitely visit again.
