Jollibee Colours Town Center — Restaurant in 2nd District

went to Jolibee Coulors center, las piñas at exact 12mn, the cashier is so slow and cannot accommodate many customers.. Each customer spent about 5mins with just placing a single order.

to make story short.. at 12:20, when i follow up my order, the cashier advice me that the chicken is still in the fryer, so that they cant prepare my order in time, but the guy in the line after me purchased bulk orders of chicken, but they give it at exact time .. how come he get his order first while I'm in front of him? i got my order by 12:30am, 30 minutes of waiting is really a thing in this famous fast food restaurant.

this is the worst experience i ever had in Jolibee.. my long patience and time run out because of that slow and unknowledgeable cashier..

and the manager? he didn't bother to approach me what really happened. he's just looking and pretended not to be there and ignore how angry i was.

We requested a thigh part but they gave us wings(it's okay because I'm hungry so I accepted it) but the size bro, it's small. But the taste is still good at some point(not juicy tho)

Service is so slow. we just ordered 2 meals(1pc chicken joy with rice and 1 regular fries) then they said to wait for 15 minutes, so we said okay(we thought they were just busy doing the orders of others). Then me and my friend sat down and talked about life and we didn't notice the time, 30 minutes had passed and we also noticed that our orders hadn't arrived. We observed another table that had the same arrival to us, they were almost done with their food.

Atmosphere - uhm, there's a lot of child beggars outside. It's kinda distracting for those who like to eat at the window side and those beggars keep on going even though you already rejected them. In the end, we just gave them our spare...

I can’t give a complete rating yet since I’ve only tried the take-out service. Don’t worry, I’ll update this feedback once I dine in. So far, the take-out experience has been impressive, even with a large number of customers. I expected to wait about 20 minutes for my order, but it was ready in just 5 minutes—much faster than I anticipated.

Additionally, I’d like to commend the female guard for her excellent service. She noticed that the staff didn’t properly secure my drinks and suggested I return them to have the issue fixed. Her attentiveness and kindness are definitely worth an...
