I recently ordered from Lechon Haus at SM Southmall, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon receiving my order, I noticed several issues that significantly affected my dining experience.
First and foremost, the food arrived cold, which was a major letdown. I had expected the dishes to be served hot and freshly prepared, but that wasn't the case. Cold food not only diminishes the taste but also raises concerns about its quality and safety.
Moreover, the serving size did not justify the price I paid. I felt that the portions were surprisingly small, leaving me unsatisfied and feeling like I didn't get value for my money. This aspect made the dining experience even more frustrating.
To add to the disappointment, the servers displayed an arrogant attitude, lacking the essential customer service skills. Their indifference and lack of concern for the customers' satisfaction were evident, making the overall atmosphere quite unpleasant.
Another issue I encountered was the cleanliness of the utensils. Before using them, I had to double-check for soap suds and dried food remnants, which indicated a lack of proper hygiene and attention to detail in their cleaning process.
Furthermore, the restroom facilities were not up to par. The door was broken, which not only created an inconvenience but also raised concerns about the restaurant's overall maintenance and hygiene standards.
The service, in general, was poor. Servers seemed disorganized and overwhelmed, leading to long waiting times and a general sense of neglect. Additionally, the tables were dirty, and it appeared that they had not been properly cleaned between customers.
Overall, my experience at Lechon Haus SM Southmall was far from satisfactory. The cold food, small portions, arrogant servers, unclean utensils, broken restroom door, and poor service all contributed to a disappointing dining experience. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their overall service quality to provide a better dining experience for...
Read moreService is at average level Food is not good.
We ordered lechon belly with rice and lechon paksiw with unli rice. I personally didn't like any of them. Reasons are The rice served was cold and definitely you won't like to eat what you ordered. The lechon paksiw is too salty. They simply used mang tomas as sauce for lechon belly.
So better think of dining in, for me, the owner must do something about how they will satisfy their customers.
Better dine in common...
Read moreWell Food was fairly good but small portions served, paid for the Sizzling Sisig and thought it was like as the picture indicated in the menu but still good. Lechon rice meals are good too but still small portions. Atmosphere is also too dark and not cold enough, fast service to serve our food and serve extra rice. I asked if I could refill my sauce for lechon but they asked for 10 pesos but the plate was too small. Feels like a haunted restaurant though, would...
