KFC — Restaurant in 2nd District

We ordered lunch today, although it was already late. The food itself was great—the chicken, gravy, and mashed potatoes were all satisfying.

However, I had a serious issue with my drink. I ordered a large Coke, and it was completely sealed when it arrived. I only drank it after finishing my meal. After taking about three sips, I noticed something unusual. To my shock, it wasn’t ice—it was a fly.

This is extremely disgusting and unacceptable. Our apartment is clean, and there’s no reason for a fly to end up in my drink, especially since we ate in our bedroom, as you can see in the attached photo and video.

I cannot understand how a fly ended up inside a sealed large Coke. This shows a serious lapse in hygiene and quality control on your end. It’s very disappointing and frankly,...

Good Food, but jesus christ it's frustrating ordering from them through the KFC app or website.

The problem isn't really with the store, but KFC themselves since there's no option to change which store you're ordering from as whenever the Casimiro branch is closed, there's nothing on the app that tells you that the store is closed, so you end up waiting for an order that wouldn't arrive.

Please for the love of god, add something to the app or website that tells you if a store is open or closed as well as the option to change the store if the one near...

No lines and not crowded, which makes it a good spot for dine-in if you’re after a quiet atmosphere. The background music is nice too.
