Tambay Cafe — Restaurant in 2nd District

We usually go here on random nights for quick drinks since this is located just along Marcos Alvarez highway. They’re usually open until 12mn, or depending on the number of guests they have, or if the crew-members are drinking lol. Attended their valentines event and it was hugely disappointing. We had to wait for an hour for our drinks to be served. A bottle of beer took 30mins to come out of the bar. Our one plate of mozzarella sticks took 40. We had to constantly follow up with the waiters and even went to the bar itself to ask, but still nada. A lot of friends of the owner were present, which means they were priority since food and drinks were flying out of the kitchen directly to their table. They Serve different kinds from Frappe, to Burgers and Pizza to Pastas etc.
