CK Nepomall Alaminos — Restaurant in Alaminos

I was a customer at this Chowking in Alaminos City a couple of weeks ago when my family and I went to Hundred Islands. We ate at around 6pm. I was impressed seeing the professionalism of the workers and the speed of their service. Having been around other cities in the Philippines I've had poor service where I only see the workers using their cellphones or talking. I would reccomend this restaurant to others if you are looking for a budget meal with a fast service. Customer service is very kind & friendly, and are doing everything they can to make sure you get your meal. I even walk out and forgot my order of additional items. Next thing they ran outside to catch up with me to get my food. The location stay crowded and with limited seating. Parking is limited as well. Best to walk or take a trike cycle to that location. We really had a bad experience today at Chowking Nepo Mall Alaminos. Lagi kami nagchochowking at ayos naman. We dined at 6:45 PM on a Wednesday. Ito yung mga concerns namin: Hindi clear ang pagkuha ng order ng cashier. Waited for 45 minutes and received wrong and incomplete orders. The serving of the pork chowfan was a lot fewer compared to the serving we're getting before. Only had 6-8 tablespoons, which is half of the original serving. The manager wasn't checking the receipt properly and was not honest. 2 halo-halo lang binibigay samin kahit 3 ang naka-punched sa receipt. Hindi sana ibibigay kung hindi namin quinestioned.

Okay naman sana experience namin, we understood the situation because it's a peak hour. Pero ang di namin nagustuhan ay hindi man lang nag apologize for the inconveniences yung manager na naghandle...
