B&B Grill — Restaurant in Angeles

Very poor service. It takes too long to get served. We have been sitting for quite a while when we got there and no one was taking our order. It is so hard to get the attention of the waitresses and waiters. The kitchen closes too early. It was about 2 hours before closing and nothing can be ordered from the kitchen anymore. We were told that only bbq was available. When it came close to closing time, we were asked by a waiter for our last order. We wanted to order more bbq but he said that only beer was available. The tables are dirty. The place is cramped. Only 1 person can use the restroom at a time even for the male restsoom. That is a major bummer. When we got the bill, there were 2 buckets of beer slipped into our bill that we did not consume. We brought this to their attention and they readily corrected it. For the kind of barbeque we usually order at grills that serve local specialties, B&B is one of our reliable options. The others would be Mila's and Ottie's Central Grill. They stick with their flavors and are consistent for the most part. I'd agree with the other reviewrs the original stores still hold the standards higher than the expansion branches. That said, this location is the one I frequent, just because it is in the Nepo area. It's close to where I do most of my shopping and eating. If I have guests from out of town, I'd bring my tourists to the original spots where it all started. Travellers have to experince the food where it all...

The location is very nice because it is just at the the back of McDo. The menus are moderately priced. The food are great and tasty. However, they need to improve their service.
