Rated it three stars because the food was good at Bel Posto restorante but as for the grilled chicken sandwiches, the chicken is too salty for a sandwhiches and for the fries you should know that every Filipino loves fries to dip it but it was serve just a plain and the food serve very late we're almost waiting like maybe about 45mins;also the table settings you should have put table napkin on it because not every customers need to asked for it. As for the view, the place was good. It is the type of place where you can chill and unwind, the dim ambiance of the place is very relaxing. We liked it. For the staffs, the waiter is okay, he's not that friendly because while we're ordering he's looking at us like he's going to smash our table anytime lol even tho he's waiting for our order he should smile even just for once. And also when we asked for the bill out they just ignore us the cashier just looked at us, one of my friends have to go to the counter first before they noticed us. All in all we like it because personally I love their frappes plus the whip-cream they're using!! Yay for that! <3

Upon check-in the "security staff" was fairly rude and condescending, at one point having two people flanking either side from the rear as I spoke to the front desk. They then proceeded to follow me through the lobby area, as well as giving dirty looks the entire time. Checked in for two days with plans to potentially extend, but will likely leave after the second day. First impressions, and all that. Between the three shower heads, only one is connected to heated water, but none work particularly well as they, presumably like the rest of the room, haven't been cleaned particularly well (or finished), as evident by the accompanying photos. Though the low water pressure may also be playing a role. I even found a cigarette butt just resting on the windowsill (so a bit of caution to anyone with sensitivities to that type of thing). The woman at the front desk was polite and professional, however.

the price of the rooms with refrigirator, aircon and TV is ok. (standardroom 1900 peso) rooms to the streetside are noisy. the food could be better, breakfast is very simple and not really yummy, except the coffee. Stuff is friendly and helpful. The best thing at this hotel is the large terrace with the bar.

The video of the smiling girl on the phone on Imerex's home page is somewhat untrue. During the checking in the staff were friendly. But during the check-out time their smiles were restrained. I was expecting them to smile broadly and say, "Come again Ma'am" or something to that effect. But the receptionist just said. "ok na" with a restrained smile. The other girl didn't even smile at all. The utility crew (food server and cleaner, and the cake shop vendor/owner) were even friendlier with big smiles on their faces and were also very courteous. I was wondering if the receptionists were properly trained to treat EVERY CUSTOMER , as if he were a king,, or as if she were a queen, no matter how shabbily dressed he or she was. I would like to call the attention of the management. You might not know it, but this lukewarm treatment of the receptionists of some of your hotel guests can destroy the good image that you're building for your hotel. I hope this suggestion will be...
