Cafe Forest Coffee & Dessert — Restaurant in Angeles

[2023 Edit] While the menu is still the typical bunch found on cafes all over Angeles/Clark (usual set coffees, pizzas, pasta, salad, etc), I still find myself visiting Cafe Forest purely for the atmosphere. I haven't tried their pool, but it's just a treat to relax in any of their indoor or outdoor seating.

Speaking of the pool, they've also adjusted their rates to being able to swim for the entire day instead of just 3 hours per payment. So that makes customers' stays even better/longer here. [/Edit]

Lovely place... There's really nothing special about their menu, but the blueberry milkshake was delightful.

The main attraction is their pool area. Cool place to hang out. The have a bar nearby for those into that, & will have some live music a few nights per week.

I would have given this place a one star but, I’ll admit, the chicken alfredo was pretty good. (Btw, on their menu, it’s chicken ALFREDOS. Yeah, with an ‘s’ at the end. Made me laugh. I don’t know why.) The aesthetics isn’t too bad either but, oh my goodness, it’s warm inside. I’ve never sweated so much at an indoor restaurant before.

That’s it for positivity. Now on to the bad remarks. The “servers” are lazy. The fact that they stand at one spot only and expect the customers to pass the meals or drinks down the line is ridiculous. Do your job correctly and bring the dish or drink to the actual person. Why even bother asking who ordered what if you’re not going to personally bring it to them. Let me save the manager the trouble of having to pay so many employees: get rid of half your staff and just let customers order at the counter. Trust me, your servers are...

If you're looking for a place to hang out for a couple hours. This is somewhere I can recommend. Their place is family and pet friendly. Just make sure to put on a nappy and leash on your pet.

It is quite easy to find when you search it in google maps. Open for exclusive parties as well.

They have 2 big massive pools and a kiddie pool. They offer food and drinks from the cafe.

The staff are welcoming. They offer foods and snacks. Shakes, smoothies, and alcoholic drinks are also available.

One suggestions, put on a ramp going to the pool area from the lobby. As there is only one entrance from the lobby to the pool area.
