We were originally going to Ciocollo but they are not open until 4PM and they do not allow kids to dine. So I thought, why not try this cafĂ© that I have been spotting on our way back and forth through the wrong Google Maps direction going to Ciocollo. Glad that this cafĂ© allows kids to dine. We’re surprised to see a vast menu from not just coffee, cakes and sandwiches, but also pizza, pasta and burger! It was perfect since the kids wanted to eat some burger and pasta! We can’t really choose what to eat coz there’s so many to choose from but we ended up ordering Home Made Retro Burger, Aglio Olio, Carbonara, Chicken Tenders, King of Tonkatsu, Salted Caramel Cheesecake, Dark Chocolate Mud Cheesecake, Iced Salted Caramel Coffee and Iced Latte. Okay so the Retro Homemade Burger is huge, but salty and the patty tasted like US corned beef in can that you receive from your relatives in the states. At least, it’s a legit beef patty. The King of Tonkatsu is literally king! It’s served on a huge serving plate, the tonkatsu itself is big and it’s got side dishes of fries, rice and salad. According to my friend, it doesn’t taste good, she didn’t finish it. Now, the pastas. They’re so good! Both the Aglio Olio and Carbonara really tastes good, I recommend them. Chicken Tenders tastes good too! But the best for me really is, the Salted Caramel Cheesecake! It’s to die for! The Iced Salted Caramel Coffee, is good enough. Overall, this place is a great place to chill, relax and hangout with its aesthetic and homey ambience and their menu is worth their price. Their outdoor dining is really great too, if you’re not feeling hot, it’s a good spot to chill. Speaking of price, they’re not cheap but I can say, you pretty much get what...

I have to be completely honest here, I believe this cafe/restaurant is great, and the food are delicious, and if the circumstances wasn't like today, 01/02/23, our experience would be utmost amazing. Let me tell you the experience we went through. First of all, when we got our food, it was in the 20 minute mark, half of our order was already at our table (it was nice and the food are delicious, the serving of the food as well, well plated, tender, and just delicious), we waited patiently for 40 minutes, we were just waiting for the last 3, it was 2 samgyup plate (If I remember correctly) and a burger steak, we waited and waited and waited, an hour came in, still no food, finally after telling the service crew what had happened, they gave us the reason; "bago raw po yung mga nasa taas, at madami nag order" I want to say I believe that excuse until I got my food served, my samgyup: a little on the cold side, hard to chew, and a little bland, I was shock and disappointed, I waited for more than an hour for this? Not only was the food and service sucked half way through, but when they asked us if we want to re-heat the food I said "no, im okay with that although I would want an apology." The waiter looked at me stupidly and just chuckled and left, (I wasn't joking for that, I do prefer a proper apology than getting my food re heat). I do believe that if weve gotten to a more proper time it would not end up really horrid. I still enjoyed the food, and I would continue eating here. I just hope they change their principles and values at...

We recently celebrated our baby’s baptism reception at 252 Retoro Premium Cafe + Kitchen Pampanga, and it was absolutely perfect. 💖

⭐ Food – Chef’s kiss! From appetizers through desserts, every dish left us in awe. Standouts were the LA Style Galbi, Beef Burger Sliders, and the creamy Carbonara—all absolute must-tries. But honestly, every single item on the menu was delicious, consistently earning rave reviews from our guests.

⭐ Service & Staff – The staff and owner were exceptional—warm, respectful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to honor our personal requests and ensured the event flowed beautifully.

⭐ Value & Price – For the outstanding quality of food, ambiance, and service, the pricing at 252 Retoro Premium Cafe Pampanga offers outstanding value. It’s rare to find such a comprehensive experience at this affordability.

⭐ Guest Experience – Our family and friends haven’t stopped talking about it! Many guests immediately went back to get takeout coffee and non-coffee beverages after the event—and some even returned to dine in again. We received countless messages singing praises of your drinks and atmosphere.

⭐ Future Events – We’re already planning our next gathering with you. Our guests are eager to return; the praise keeps coming. This venue has genuinely won over our hearts.

Overall Rating: 10/10. If you’re searching for an event venue in Pampanga or a memorable meal paired with incredible coffee and ambiance, 252 Retoro Premium Cafe + Kitchen Pampanga is the...

Found this place through late night drive and with Google reviews. Place is quite big! Has a 2nd floor to boot! Though it can be quite noisy, might depend on the music blasting from their sound system (songs are okay though) or other customers if they are loud. Seats/tables are quite big enough for large groups. Again, just be prepared of the noise level if all are quite immersed with their conversations or a bit rowdy. And some seats are comfortable while there are some that aren’t. Food selection is vast (pastas, burgers, pizza and steaks). Burger is GOOD! Nice that the burger patty has this char which provides a good taste combined with the bun, tomatoes and lettuce. Fries needs to be salted. Seafood aglio olio is also good but the serving is quite small and placed in a huge serving plate/charger. Drinks are okay too. Has different selections pf tea and juices apart from coffee based drinks. Washroom needs to be cleaned. Like thoroughly cleaned (brushed, washed and disinfected). And if mosquitoes love you make sure to slather on insect repellent because these are these pesky mosquitoes that will just suck the blood out of you. The team/staff are very attentive and nice. Always ready with a smile and will not avoid looking in your direction to escape additional requests. Even Kuya Guard outside is pleasant. Has free wifi, though wasnt able to test the speed. Payment is card, cash or gacsh.

Service is terrible! Please train your staff more, on basic service etiquette. Food: 3.7/5 Hamburg Steak is decent, not too salty. King of Tonkatsu is not crunchy and crisp but salad is gooood. Coffee: 3/5 Iced Salted Caramel, you could at least drip the caramel through the cup and not concentrate them on the bottom. Ambience: 4/5 The space is really spacious!!!! Good mood and lighting. Now, for the staff service: 2.5/5 They have the rudest service. The cashier feels as though she does not want to work today. She constantly roll her eyes and not welcoming at all. No utensils ready before the food arrives and even after the food arrives, the utensils arrives later. No service water served so we asked nicely and were acknowledged but after awhile, the service water is nowhere to be found so we just asked again. This all, while 4-5 staff just stands around the café, waiting for a guest to come in while blatantly ignoring the ones already inside (so thats why you may feel that they are "welcoming"). Update: My boyfriend order Arrabiatta then it was served to him AND WE HAD TO ASK FOR SPOON AND FORK BEFORE THEY REALIZED THEY DIDNT HAND OUT ANY. THAT IS OKAY IF THIS IS A SELF-SERVICE CAFE BUT IT IS NOT. The 2.5/5 is only because they were nice when we asked if there is wifi and sockets available for use.
