ChonNom Korea Town Angeles — Restaurant in Angeles

The restaurant doesn't have particularly interesting decor; it was noisy and quite warm, which isn't surprising considering the air conditioner was set to 29 degrees. The food was okay but nothing special. The Galbi Tang soup (PHP 380) was tasty, and it was a large portion. The Sundubu Jjigae soup (PHP 400) was varied, containing both meat and seafood. The Mixed Seafood Medium (PHP 800) was a generous portion (suitable for 3-4 people). However, what was disappointing was the taste of the rice. It was really awful. In summary, the experience wasn't bad, but not good enough to make me want to return to this...

They are probably one of the more affordable places to get lobster.

We got the steamed seafood, its was fresh but could probably use a better dipping sauce since the soy wasabi and ssamjang can't do it justice (this is subjective to your own taste).

The Galbi-tang was solid and very delicious would highly recommend this.

The only downside i can see is the airconditioning is a bit hot.

Staff was very friendly and very keen to serve.

이물질 6월 23일 12시에 소고기 편백찜과 해물라면을 주문했고 편백찜을 먹는 중 1센티가량의 딱딱하고 날카로운 투명 플라스틱이 발견되었습니다. 입에서 꺼내고 서버 직원을 불러 플라스틱을 보여주며 설명했으나 사과 혹은 대답 없이 플라스틱 조각만 회수해갔습니다. 작은 벌레 혹은 머리카락이 발견된다면 컴플레인 없이 조용히 치우고 먹는 편이지만 재료 손질 혹은 관리의 실수로 사람이 먹어선 안되는 것이 음식에 섞여 나왔는데 간단한 sorry 한마디도 없습니다. 대답도 잘 하지않는 여자 직원은 앞머리 뒷머리 더벅하게 풀고 서빙하던데 머리카락도 같이 나와도 이상하지 않은 수준의 위생입니다. 다시는 방문하지 않을 예정입니다. 기분 좋은 일요일 점심에 많고 많은 한국 식당중에 촌놈을 선택한게 실수네요.
