Chowking — Restaurant in Angeles

No issues with the food. As always, classic Chowking taste. My feedback is more on the service. I don't mind waiting when I see that the cashier is busy with other tasks, but I do find it disrespectful and annoying when they leave, turn away, or talk to their colleagues immediately right after asking what I want to order and then doing it again couple more times. I ended up telling the cashier to finish what she was entering in the POS system first. I would rather wait if it means I get their full undivided attention when stating my order. Also, please listen attentively when someone is ordering, I wasn't done and she turned her back to get my drinks. I understand that she's trying to multitask, but it would have been better if she listed the entire order first instead of asking me to repeat because her attention got split all of a sudden. I hope everyone gets better. Thank you very much.

P.S. Please wait until a customer finishes before cleaning their table. A crew member started removing my empty plates while I was still eating. I would've understood if the place was jampacked, no seats available, and they needed to prep tables immediately. Again, I hope everyone gets...

We ordered takeout Family Lauriat good for 6, 2 extra chow fan ala carte, small halohalo, and 1 wanton mami.

Cashier did not give my change! I was confused at first since she handed my receipt but not change, I thought she’ll place them alongside our order but we got our orders and arrived home and my change was nowhere to be found.

Perhaps it was my fault for not double checking but I thought the establishment/cashier will have integrity and honesty,...

Most of the food in the menu is recommended. I like the Chinese style chicken with rice. Halo halo is average the serving is not satisfying considering its price Php 90.00 for medium sized halo halo. The service is good. The cashier takes my food order. The atmosphere is not ideal for dine in. The tables are messy high maintenance is advised.
