Disgusting.

NOT ACCREDITED with Department of Tourism.

This was confirmed and forwarded by four (4) expat guests who stayed between 2025 Jan to May.

" 1. Stay rates as advertised on social media Facebook, Booking, and rural advert pamphlets. One month stay Ph Pesos 20,000 a month electric and water included. One month Ph Pesos 9,000 plus 250 water per person, electric is at Ph 17 per kilowatt a bloody rip off when their appliances were eating up electric even when not being used"

" 2. Restaurant, pool, services, cleanliness and rooms aren't what they used to be when original expat owner was alive. It's a cemetery of a neglected fine establishment left to be handled by a watchman with no basic knowledge in service and manners. This person never listens but only says "sir", "mam" as if it's a safeword to make mistakes. Such a disappointment. Never going back there again."

" 3. It's a joke and a waste of money, it's cheap but I wouldn't recommend your health or safety specially when local drunkards with noisy family come mess up the place even more. "

We stayed and experienced it ourselves and found the facts.

2023 name of was changed to Platinum from Patio Inn with new 3rd party management. Original staff were all fired. 2023-2025 Complaints were addressed but never brought to attention nor was the real management ever apologetic on their staffs miss handling. Posting false advertising on room pictures and services. 2024-2025 complaints of unprofessional management of the watchman was brought to light with the local authorities.

Any resolve?... No... They should fire their existing staff and hire professionals or at least people with morals and ethics.

Steer clear from this place due to bad handling and health...

We booked a hotel online and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the property details provided during the online booking process were quite misleading. The hotel looked fantastic online, but in reality, it was not up to the same standard. This was very disappointing as I was expecting a certain level of luxury, but it fell short of my expectations.

To make matters worse, the manager JOEBERT COLLETA was incredibly rude. When I brought up my concerns about the misleading property details, he was dismissive and unhelpful. He didn't seem to care that I was unhappy with my stay and made no effort to rectify the situation.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was not a positive one. I would not recommend it to others, and I will not be returning in the future. It's a shame that the hotel did not live up to my expectations, and the rude manager only made the...

I recently stayed there for 10 weeks..standard rooms vary greatly in size...looks like there is a new management in place. If you want your room cleaned best do it yourself as they didn't have a cleaner while I stayed there. The restaurant is a separate entity from the hotel..opens at about 10 or 11am till 8 or 9pm.. so brakefast is better next door, otherwise the...
