I cannot understand the good reviews for this place. I read good reviews that is why I tried the place. But I guess the food quality and the service has already deteriorated.

The service is extremely slow. We waited for almost an hour for the food to be served. I would understand if there are a lot of people but the resto is not even half full. The steak is like rubber. We asked for medium rare and they all came as well done. And napakaraming litid ng steak nila. Signs of very cheap steaks. My mom didn't touch her steak and brought it home for the dog. The sole of my sandals is softer. And maybe tastes better. The side dishes of the steaks are all wrong. We asked for veggies and mashed potatoes and they came with rice and mashed potatoes. They are not that costly but we still didn't get our money's worth.

One of the orders was forgotten and they were nice enough to give the table 1 bottle of beer as an apology for their poor service.

I cannot recommend this...

The service is Great, the servers are great also and has relaxing ambiance. We came for the food and give a try, the food wasn’t good, we ordered 1kg porterhouse steak. It was delivered in three different sizes. The steak wasn’t cooked enough, too much and the other on is kinda ok. Some of the steak served to us are so thin (almost like a bistek) no fats or marbling at all therefore, cutting it takes force, chewing it takes alot, not tender at all. From here to sanfernando, we are too busy trying to pluck out some fiber of meat in out teeth (indicative for dry meat and not soft). Weve been to many steakhouse here in Pampanga. Cold and rainy friday so needed some meat to keep warm.

GOOD: Was greeted enthusiastically by Kuya Server (sorry did not get his name). Quick service. Pocket friendly local T-Bone & Porterhouse Steaks. Ordered it medium rare but came out more medium. Still easy on the jaw. Flavorful coleslaw & gravy. She liked the Coffee Jelly Drink a lot. Thick menu...varied dishes to choose from.

COULD BE IMPROVED: Dining experience was lessened by the presence of flies so only ⭐⭐⭐. But appreciated the portable table top fan provided to shoo away the pesky...
