staffs in this branch (ROBINSON BALIBAGO ANGELES CITY) are "off customer service"... counter cashiers are not smiling, no eyes to eyes connection with their customers.. i understand that it's a fast food chain but staff should at least connect with their customers.. commercials set expectations vs. reality... POOR.. btw, servings are small portions...
