KFC — Restaurant in Angeles

Worst fast food service.

-The workers move slow on purpose, joking around, talking to each other in spite of many customer waiting. No sense of urgency at all.

-Their ticket system doesn’t make any sense because it doesn’t help with the wait, if anything it makes it slower. All the food was literally there and prepped, and they just had to put it on the damn plate.

-I asked for a certain chicken piece (which they had), the crew member takes the plate, then sets it down and just left it. I am watching these people nonchalantly walk around taking their time, I wanted to jump over the counter and do it myself.

The absolute worst KFC in all of Central Luzon. Ever wanted a california maki with filled only with mayonnaise and just 1/4 the size of the package? Come to this joint! Want a famous bowl platter that’s all mashed potato with one fun shot on top? Also here. A zinger that smells rotten with a chicken half the width of the bread? Here’s the branch. It’s almost as if there’s always a shortage of chicken - the one thing KFC IS...

I am way disappointed on how this KFC branch handle customer at night. I don't know why the management doesn't know that there are alot of customers during and before night. Everytime i order the same time, you need to wait longer as there not enough staff to accodomate every customer fast. The management should know about this and should hire more crews to make it faster....
