We stopped by the Starbucks at Excelsior Building in Pampanga during our family trip, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant coffee shop experiences we’ve had in a while. The ambiance was calm, clean, and inviting — perfect for a quick coffee break or even a quiet hangout with loved ones.
We were a big group — my wife, our daughter, my parents, my brother, and his girlfriend — and we all found a cozy spot to sit and relax. The staff were very welcoming and efficient, taking our orders with patience and friendliness despite the busy crowd. Our drinks and pastries were served promptly, and everything was consistent with the quality Starbucks is known for.
My wife and I had our usual favorites — hot caramel macchiato and iced americano — while our daughter enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie and a kid-friendly warm drink. The staff even gave her a little smile and spoke to her kindly, which really warmed our hearts as parents. Small gestures like that make a big difference.
The space was well-maintained and organized, with enough seating for both individuals and small groups. Whether you’re stopping by to work, rest, or catch up with friends or family, this branch is a great spot.
Overall, it was a refreshing and relaxing break in the middle of our day. We’d definitely return to this branch when we’re in...

You have to get lucky to get a good spot otherwise you're forced to queue up the car or park on the other side of the road. This is a good cafe for students though so if you remove the parking problems, it's just like any other Starbucks.
The staff as usual is great, the atmosphere changes based on time of the day, during school season it's jam packed and you normally struggle for chairs, but on off peak time you got plenty of seats.
However it's not that big, the tables with power outlets are normally taken, since a lot of students or use them for studies. So first come first serve setup works.
It does get cold, normally when you don't have enough people in the cafe, best to bring something to cover yourself.
Noise level is higher as well,...
