Recently stayed here for 1 night around December. Booked a good for two persons, we early check in has 100 pesos charge per hour. The room has only one towel bath, no tissues, blanket was super thin; requested for another one but there's a 100 pesos additional. Room has a lot of spiderwebs everywhere, could not sit on the chair because it looked like it was not vacuumed for a very long time. Shower was not working properly. Doors does not have double locks. No elevator, not convenient for PWD/Elderly people. Staff was not that helpful 🥴. The only positive thing is that the rooms is spacious and the location was convenient. Not recommendable for staycation, only for a place to sleep and leave things while...

However, there were no free toiletries or water included; all the other RedDoorz we’ve stayed in always provided toiletries, but this one did not. In every hotel we’ve stayed in, they always turn on the air conditioning before the guest arrives, but this one didn’t. The room was spacious but lacked proper lighting and had an unpleasant odor. The AC was set to fan mode, so it wasn’t cool at all. The bathroom was disappointing—there was no soap, it was visibly dirty with stains on the floor, and no slippers were provided. The TV had poor signal, so my toddler couldn’t even enjoy watching. For the price, it’s absolutely not worth it. If a nearby Sogo was available, we’d have stayed there instead, as they consistently uphold their...
