McDonald's Friendship Hway — Restaurant in Angeles

Update: I was waiting on the line for more than 8-10 minutes, there are two people infornt of me and cashier is getting their orders and what they want. Then when it is my turn, the cashier doesn't want to get my order (regular coffee). She said i need to do it on their machine(kiosk), her reason is, because the person next to me has ordered at the kiosk. And the cashier still refused my order, she just said ok, then still prioritize the next person.

Asked the guard for a manager, and he really does his job well. Assisted me to the manager. The manager listened to my concern very well and she handled it well. She apologized and tried to balance the situation. I said i will only order coffee.

I didn't say to the manager that i am their daily customer and i always order at the cashier. This is the only time I experienced this kind of situation in the same store.

I will never be coming back again.

Update: Place is very noisy, because of the kids playing. Management doesn't do anythint about it.

There is a parking available for Cars and Motorcycles. Aircon is Cool Comfort Room is Clean Cashier is Great

Ordering takes longer than expected, no one is ordering but it took me 2-3 minutes before someone accommodated me at the cashier. Coffee is really under cup. They only gave me one sugar and one creamer at this branch, which is in other store 2sugar and 2 creamer for regular size and 3sugar&3creamer for large one. Asked for Brown Sugar, but what they gave is splenda. Coffee tastes like a brown carton, it likes the coffee is sitting for too long at the coffee maker. There is no real stirrer, just gave me spoon that is used for their sundae.

Crews accommodated me to fill up the cup and make it right Crew gave me an additional sugar and creamer when i asked...

DEC 2023 - 1 STAR pa rin. Grabe yung softdrinks na order ko sa grab eh lasang tubig.

APRIL 2021 - kulang nanaman ng drinks yung order ko sa grab.. pinakita ng rider wala laman yung lalagyan niya so sa inyo ang problem.. mapa drive thru or grab madalas kulang order ko

OLD REVIEW: it seems that all of their crew are new. Drive through service is way too slow compared to the other McDonalds branches in the area. I also ordered a meal with drinks but the cashier punched it on the register as an ala carte. The server who gave me my food insisted that it was ala carte without drinks but I told her I have a dashcam footage where I said it is a meal with drinks which the order taker confirmed. Its a good thing I have a dashcam or else they might just insist that I didnt order...

I am extremely disappointed with the service at your establishment. First, your security guard is completely useless—despite seeing me struggling with my takeout in both hands, he didn’t bother to assist by opening the door. Second, your staff’s carelessness is unacceptable; my order was incomplete, with no gravy included, which shows a lack of attention to customer satisfaction. Lastly, whenever I use delivery services, items from my order are frequently missing, which is beyond frustrating. This consistent lack of quality and care makes this McDonald’s one of the worst I’ve encountered. I hope you address these issues immediately, as it reflects poorly...
