WAGYU GARDEN HOTPOT小山迟庭院火锅 — Restaurant in Angeles

If you wanted to bulk up on protein, look no further. Chinese hotpot with grill combo. P799 for a whole table full of meat and shrimp platters with some sidings. I also got the additional wagyu meat for another P799 add-on.

You can dip meat in the hotpot or use the grill on top. The sauces station is where you can assemble your own sauces according to your palate.

Didnt bother with rice or noodles, just sticked to the protein. Not much veggies except for some low quality lettuce. There was so much food served on the table that we didnt ask for any refills except for the outstanding silky tofu, it was delicious.

Topped it off with some ice-cream at the end.

The place was actually nice and cozy. Night time vibe was great in the garden with mellow tunes provided by a singer. You can sit outside or smell like meat sitting inside. Service was outstanding, the lady was attentive and made sure we had nothing to ask for.

Nice experience and I'd probably go back here if I needed another...

We dined in on a weekday lunch and availed their P799 basic set. I was told that they have a premium set which is around P2000+ per head.

Food: Raw meat are great. Enjoyed the side dishes too.

Atmosphere & Facilities: Place is aesthetically pleasing, but indoor facilities lack the proper exhaust as later on while dining, place looked so smokey and the smell is all over the place and it made the indoor very hot and humid. When I look up to check, place looked like it doesn't have exhaust or blower typical on any Samgyup place, not above our table, not visible on the ceiling too ( I may be wrong though). But the square units you see in the ceiling of the resto are cassette aircon units and not exhaust.

We've been to this restaurant several times. It's one of our go to restaurants. I recommend it for their staff's service. Very attentive, very accommodating, and very courteous. I do have a tip for those planning on trying their food, maybe it's best going there on weekends? I noticed that during weekdays, especially around noon, they have fewer staffs. Probably because there are fewer customers on weekdays and such hours. The 2 times we went there on a weekday, only 1 or 2 people were attending to diners. Because of that, their staff forgot some of our requests, and she was usually away. She still did an amazing job though. I would still recommend this to anyone, especially if you are looking for a budget...
