Kuya J — Restaurant in Angono

First time dining on this branch and maybe it will be the last time Ias well, I guess. Our family normally loves to explore and celebrate birthdays eating out. Nag dine in kami here for my sister's late birthday celebration. The food is tasty and good nman kudos to those people na nasa kitchen! But Kuya J management or owner dto sa Angono Branch you need to train well your front-end staff for providing good customer service experience as their are the ones who will give the first and last impression to the customers. I give 1 star to the overall service of the staff who assisted us and took our order, coz I understand if wala tlga kayong paganap sa mga celebrant na kumakain sa resto nyo, pero the hell? we even asked if we can buy something for our celebrant (like small dessert or cake so they can write something like happy bday shit!) a simple act of going extra mile for your customers, it's not even extra coz I think the kitchen staff would be okay with it but this specific staff declined thrice! Not even upselling their dessert as an option to it, kami pa nag initiate! Plus we asked it coz we saw other branch do it! (as if we are asking you to do some celebratory dance 😂)

Kung kagaya nyo kami na nagma matter ang customer service and dining experience, don't dine here on special occasions baka ma disappoint...

Went here to have lunch. If you are near parking entrance its just straight ahead from the main door, but if youre parked near grocery..talagang sasadyain mo. We had grilled tuna and sinigang which came with 4 sides already but very small portion. Not so happy with tuna considering the price... its really small, and so dry na sya.. sayang talaga di masarap.😿 Anyway halohalo as usual came out good. Staff were ok and they have own restroom, overall ok but not so much. I miss the old Kuya J's resto. Lets see when I get to come back here if...

Always gave this branch a chance to redeem their selves since the resto offers a lot of options of "lutong bahay" cuisines. But this is the peak where I say they are really the worst.

Waiting time/ Serving Time- I just ordered relyenong talong & enseladang talong. Imagine this simple dishes that reached more than an hour to serve. WOW. -100/10

Servers do not even have the gut to manage our expectation in the wait time.

I can understand the 30min-waiting time pero more than an hour??? No way. You can even hear and see other tables...
