Bilbao's Cansi House — Restaurant in Bacolod

We offered bulalu and cansi soup. Both were awful. Basically it was just a bowl of two bones and a bunch of fat. Try to give some to the dogs and they didn't even want it. That service is also horrible. After ordering the both soups they only delivered one thinking we only wanted one soup.
