Not a good branch of Jollibee. I was working all night and was very sleepy. I requested for breast part and was advised if I can wait maximum of 20 mins, I waited. Order was received at 8:03, I waited until 8:35 then I approached the manager. It was until then that my order got noticed and one of the employees have already thrown my order receipt. But that is fine with me not until I got to my hotel. That is the time I realized that there is no spoon,fork and tissue, also instead of giving me Royal soda I was given with coca-cola. Supposed to be there is also no ketchup with my fries if I didnt personnaly asked for it. You can just see other employees walking around. All I can say is for them to improve their customer service, management and coordination. No one even apologized for me waiting more than 30 minutes. Still I will always be Jollibees...

They also did have a complete like there was no sundae and all kinds of float when we we there at lunch time. Terrible customer service. The dining crew will not mind you even if you call them.
