Sanders Coffee and Sausages â Lacsonâs Cozy Comfort Stop Sanders Coffee and Sausages, tucked along 6 Lacson Street near the Dizon-Ramos Museum, is one of those places that feels like a casual brunch spot with a side of personality. Itâs not trying to be fancyâitâs trying to be satisfying, and in that, it succeeds more often than not.
The menu leans into Filipino comfort food with a twist. Their chicken longganisa is a standoutâcrispy, flavorful, and reminiscent of CafĂ© Racâs version, but with its own bite. The chicken pesto, sausages, and breakfast plates are crowd favorites, offering hearty portions at wallet-friendly prices. Coffee is solid, and while not third-wave artisanal, it pairs well with the savory lineup.
Service is fast and friendly, ideal for quick brunches, casual dates, or family catch-ups. The ambiance is relaxed, though the space can get crowded during peak hours. Some reviews mention cleanliness issuesâdusty chairs, stray hairs, and flies even in air-conditioned areasâwhich the management could definitely improve to match the quality of the food.
Still, Sanders delivers where it matters most: flavor, affordability, and a sense of local charm. If youâre looking for a no-frills spot that serves up good food with quick service, this cafĂ© might just be...
Read moreVery Poor customer service. Charlene, the server, was so rude. Bangs and slams stuff. Raises her voice in talking to customers. Not yet done with orders and she's already turning her back. Not accommodating and leaves customer waiting while she does her own thing. Food is average but dry. Place is ordinary not like before that you can say Sander's is one of the high end breakfast resto in Bacolod. Aprons are hanging on dining chairs, rags on tables and log books seems not in place. Tables are not bussed and seems just an ordinary food stall. I decided to go back after years of not being able to eat their but then I was disappointed of how Sander's Lacson had become. Not recommending it anymore unless customer service is prioritized. Apologies but people are aftering good service...

I had lunch in there and the quality of food is not proportion to their prices.. I had a plate of "garlic mushroom", button mushrooms straight from a can smothered in a brown sauce that i suspect is just oyster sauce with a healthy sprinkle of commercially toasted garlic, and a plate of their burger steak (salty beef patty) with veggies (buttered corn) Disappointed with their coolers as well (they used synthetic powders as base for their...
