TIME OUT RESTO — Restaurant in Bacolod

Very simple semi outdoor setting that gives you a bit of a resort feel. Beautiful lighting all over the compound, food was fine, the bottomless iced tea was way too sweet but that's too easy to fix of course. Fast service, clean restaurant and toilet facilities. Could boost the atmosphere with some better music (live?) and there's a huge potential if the rear part would be turned into a café/bar maybe some pool tables, a bar and some mist fans?! It just made me remember the 'pipe line' bar that's no longer in the city. Definitely recommended! I asked the waitress if I can have a service filtered water and she said they don't serve service water but instead trying to sell me a bottled water, so I asked for the manager if it is true that the restaurant doesn't serve service water to the customer and he said they serve it but the filter is not fixed yet since January 2025 until now April 2025. and they don't serve the water because 1 customer had a bad experience from drinking unfiltered water. I was the only costumer this day Jan.2. I ordered a takeout Pork Sisig (Special) with comes with a mayonaisse and a 10php difference on the regular sisig.
