By far, this was not a good experience for me and my girlfriend. We ate here yesterday around 1pm or 2pm and it took them long minutes before they served our food compared to the few people there (by that time only 5 or less tables were occupied including ours). I am not sure if they were unhappy or what, but I never heard any of the crew being apologetic or even nice while they were serving. Maybe because we asked for multiple follow ups with our orders? When we asked for their assistance or attention they just look at us or obviously ignore us (my voice is a bit louder than other people). One of the crew was even cleaning the pipes on the ceiling while standing on a ladder which is quite alarming for the people eating near. Dust or dirt could fall onto their food. Read moreThis is probably the most annoying service me and my family experience. The food was great but the attentiveness of the servers are below average. We need to tell them twice for our orders, call them twice for refills and the most annoying part is the bill. Normally, waiting time for the bill usually last for 10 minutes or less, but with this store we waited almost 30 minutes for the bill. What is more annoying is that the other table got to get their bill before us even when we were the once who requested it first. Very bad service, very slow staff and very unattentive. We enjoyed the food but with the service like this it almost destroy our night.
Hopefully next time they will have a better system for costumer assists, especially them knowing that the store can be too hectic and crowded during rush hours or holidays/celebrations, we would like to eat here again but hoping for a...

I order a few meat to try including the pork collar. When it didn't come the first round, I thought the kitchen might have missed out. But when the 2nd time I ordered and it still didn't come, I asked the waiting staff and he say the kitchen is working on it. I then ask directly if the pork collar will be served or not as I didn't want to waste food and he still didn't give a direct answer. I think if the pork collar is not available, the restaurant has the responsibility to inform the customers rather than just sweep the order aside as it is clearly indicated that it is included in the buffet.
