Tonight, I dined at Manam of SM Bacoor City.

📌 Service Quality I had a great experience, specifically to their exceptional service of the staff (Ms. KM). The moment we arrived, Ms. KM was welcoming and attentive. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations, and checking in at just the right times without being intrusive. She made sure our drinks were always full and addressed any special requests promptly. The attentive service really enhanced the overall dining experience, making us feel valued and well taken care of.

My family had lunch at Manam at SM Bacoor today. I would like to share my experience. We arrived at roughly 11AM and there were but a handful of people.

Ordering Method: when you are seated they will hand you a menu together with an order checklist slip and a ballpen. You are to check what you want to order. The concern is the checklist is not updated, thus, there are items in the menu that is not in the checklist.

Food: you have a choice to order in small, medium and large portions. Small is good for 1, medium is good for 2-3 pax and large is good for sharing. I find this to be a great idea! And they have great tasting food! We ordered 6 viands and all tasted great! Thumbs up! You must try the Inihaw na Pusit! There prices are reasonable too.

Comfort Room: sadly, the CR is not so comfortable. Defective toilet seat and no tissue but at least good water and there is...

We dined in as a big group (more than 10) on a weekend and at lunch time, thankfully, the team at the branch was able to provide us the best experience in spite of the fact that we dined at peak hour. Food was excellent as usual and expected from Manam, what i would like to commend was the service provided by the staffs, ensuring that our orders and needs are given on a timely manner, checking and updating us on our orders… we had senior citizens with us so it really meant so much that the food was served in a reasonable time. The head of the branch even approached us to ask about the food, our experience and the service.

Manam SM Bacoor was always a go to place for our family and so far they always give us reason to come back again...
