Jollibee — Restaurant in Bacoor

A casual place for Filipino families. Grandparents treating the young ones, balikbayan tatays just arriving. All the adult need to do is ask the kids where they want to fill their tummys and most of the time the answer will be Jollibee! Or sometimes it is Ja-bee! Even in places outside the country where there is a Jollibee branch, we Filipinos will find the time to visit the place if only to meet or see other Filipino faces. How familiar is the place among Filipinos? Check this out: A 2-year old child in the car's backseat, while watching the scenes go by, suddenly shouts 'JA-BEE!' as the scenery shows the red bee. During our honeymoon in Baguio - our first time - after a tiring walk around Burnham park, and as the rain started pouring, in the jeepney looking out for a place to eat, we saw the red bee, and the debate for the restaurant ended. Hands down, Jollibee wins. We were on our way to Disneyland in Hong Kong once. We were walking with our heads bowed because of the heavy human traffic. We were just following the voice of our guide. We passed along some shops, and then suddenly, the most common smell. I think everyone looked up for we chorused in saying the name, none other than 'Jollibee', of course! And, of course, Disneyland could wait a little bit longer....

This was the first time I was totally disappointed with the service of this branch. I lined up in queue to give my order where I was the 4th in line. The 1st and the 2nd in line were served. I was wondering why the person in front of me got in the adjacent line where he has a companion in queue. I didn't know if the cashier line was actually open or not to begin with but nobody bothered saying the cashier is not available or what and there was neither an assistance for an alternative line considering the manager was there at the front line and even looked my way twice and i believe there were 4 cashiers on duty at the time. I was there waiting in front for 15 or 18 minutes already before I realized I needed to fall in another line, a longer queue. So sad. Very poor customer service. Nobody cared to...

first payday from my first ever work. Came to divulge with my lil sis. The order was supposed to come 30 mins but didn't. Since there were only two of us, our order wasn't much but there were too many people so the supposed 30 mins wait is understandable. Unfortunately it wasn't because they completely missed our order. If i didn't reach out, we may have to wait more than the 1 hour wait we did. It was such a bummer because it was supposed to be a special day.

The issue was told by one of the employees to their TL/MANAGER(?) btw and came to see a bit. I'm not knowledgeable with their policy but i hoped that she should've offered me compensation. I was even using a "pleased" tone but the what seems to be TL/MANAGER didn't appreciate it.
