The food is great but the service is the worst of all. The worst service I ever experienced in all branches of Mang Inasal.
The counter is good since the cashier there is somehow kind and the one that gives rice is quite attentive, we are not asking for rice yet but he is already there offering rice. The rice guy and the cashier is the only reason why I rated 2 star instead of 1 star.
Now the main reason why this branch deserves 1 ⭐ is because of the worst service I encounter during the waiting time. What I really hate in fast food is when we have to put pressure on employee just to put them to work, if you do not put pressure to them then don't expect that your order will be serve even if you waited for a few hours.
We were told to wait for around 15-20 minutes but when it is around 10 minutes already, we saw that there is already a lot of dissatisfied and annoyned customers at the claiming area so we decided to wait at the front of the claiming area as well. I thought that just like others, they will handle us with care but they don't really care about customers.
The employees there are just laughing while serving really slowly. The one that is at the front of the claiming area is not even facing us, and I conclude that she just doesn't want to take orders from us or hear our complaints.
When they get confused about orders, they are just blaming each other and asking each other in front of us, acting unprofessional and they even disturb the other customers that are already eating and have nothing to do with the issue.
We ordered an ad-ons Halo-Halo but they didn't serve it so we ask the staff there but they insist that we didn't order a Halo-Halo so we showed our receipts. After confirming, they didn't even apologize or show any remorse.
After waiting for more than 30 Minutes which is doubled the time they promised to serve us, instead of showing an apologetic attitude, they just serve in while smacking or stomping attitude.

We chose to remain calm and understanding, but it’s disappointing considering the expectations of good customer service in the food industry. After all, customers exchange their money for quality food and service, and receiving this kind of treatment feels unjust.
As an HRM graduate with experience in the food industry, I understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve faced dissatisfaction with this branch. That evening, I had no other option since my sister wanted to eat there—she loves the chicken pecho and had been craving it. While I understood the situation, it seemed evident that management might be facing challenges such as understaffing, resulting in overworked dining crews who may be stressed and in poor moods, leading to subpar service.
I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that improvements can be made. Despite this, I remain open to visiting this store again if the service improves.
Note: I visited today and had a satisfying, heavy breakfast. I’ve updated my rating to reflect the noticeable improvements in service. I’d like to commend the cashier, Juvy, for her excellent customer service—she’s consistently helpful and always greets with a warm smile. I also want to recognize Wena from the dining area, who was equally attentive and pleasant.

While I understand that busy times can lead to delays, the wait was excessive, and it seemed like many other customers were also frustrated with the slow service. I kept asking for updates, but it felt like our concerns were not being addressed adequately.
The food, when it finally arrived, was delicious as always, but the long wait really overshadowed the meal. I hope they can improve their service efficiency in the future, as I would love to enjoy my favorite dishes without such a long wait.
