I was at the counter to give my order but I was asked by the cashier to use the kiosk. Then when I came back she was taking a persons order who didn't used the kiosk, so why not take my order then? Note the kiosk was useless, no options for upgrades The cashier was obviously new, her companion or manager was verbally dismayed that she has to work and train at the same time. The iced tea was not sweet. I dont see the logic, cost cutting??? I think it cost more for the company. Having syrup packets produced and customers having access to unlimited packets. 4 the worst. When I ask for Ketchup because there we're none on our tray. I was told that there weren't any, thats the only time i was informed that they run out of it. While im still talking, the companion or manager turned her back at me at once. Like, things like this should have been informed before the order. .... What am i supposed to do with my burger and fries???? If only i knew i could have ordered other options
PS. The floor server that time was very gracious and a hard worker. I keep observing her. She keeps assisting guest and offers delivery of food to the tables.

Read moreIt wasn't my first order, previous order are excellent where other cashier are good at customer service. But today, Im so tired from work and hungry and ordered Zinger Steak, 1 brownie and 1 mashed potato, on August 24 at 0932H at KFC Molino Jollibee.
But the cashier gave me a rice bowl. I again ask the cashier before I get the food because I'm confused about why it was not in a rectangular takeout box but instead in a circular box. The corn was mixed with white rice.
I usually order this zinger with yellow rice, and the corn is separate. Before I get my order, I again ask the cashier. but she insists it was a zinger steak. When I reached home to enjoy my meal, I was disappointed that it was not a zinger steak.
I hope to train your cashier not to give different orders, even if it's obvious that the meal she gave was a rice bowl not a zinger steak. See photos to identify differences. I came here to take out food. There's a few customer maybe like 4-5 persons. It took me more than 30mins to get my food. Why is it even called fastfood if restaurants can serve food faster? I'll be considerate if there's a lot of customers and drive trus, but a few customers and 1 drive tru? Nah. This must be fixed. Also the food taste bad. Chicken taste like dipped in 3 day old cooking oil. The Bun of the Zinger taste old. Not only once but every single time we order here since its nearby to us and we love KFC.
