Overall the food, place, area, service, cleanliness, time and the arcade was a great experience.

For the food, it was very nice & satiating for us me and my friends couldn’t even take another order after ordering only one meals each because of how it was enough for the each of us. it was very delicious & savoring . I personally loved the chicken ‘n’ corn soup!! it comes with a salad and a drink as well so it can satisfy you already as an individual.

For the cleanliness, the place was very organized & properly cleaned and it has a good condition and the place are also very welcoming and you can come here for a quick bite or a gathering or even a party. The seats we had were a couch so it was very cozy. Although we had to adjust the seats to a proper position, it was still a good area to sit. I suggest that you make the seats a little bit closer to the table so the customers can seat and eat with comfort. The bathrooms were also very clean & very nice

Time - this also includes in the service but I wanted to seperate the review because I loved the time serving of our food. Even though we didn’t exactly put a timer for their service and time, we knew that the service was really fast and it was great and they properly handled all the dishes & dining very carefully and properly.

Service - I really love how the waiter and the people served us. They were very pleasing and kind to us while we were in there. The waiter was very friendly and even compliments us. The cashier guided us for the arcade and they were also very nice to us as well. There were no problems about them and they were professional as just as they were suppose to. I personally love friendly employees and I hope that there are more people like them in other places & in our community.

Arcade - I suggest that they make newer machines & games for the place. The machines were entertaining! They had two claw machines, a car racing game basketball game, But I understand that only a few people eat in that area and it really isn’t a busy place. we ate here tonight, May 23rd. As we were a bit indecisive about what to order, the person who assisted us offered the deal that they have that will reduce our bill to 1299 even if we dont add the senior citizen discount. We avail it, but then when the bill comes later, they told us that the sum reached 2399 despite just adding one serving of rice. The server then told us that the food couldve been 1299 IF we had use the supercard which doesnt make sense. He was the one so adamant for us to use the deal and NOT TO ADD THE SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT because he said that IF WE USE THE DISCOUNT WE WOULDNT BE ABLE TO GET THE DEAL. My brother has already paid using his debit card so we really cannot do anything about it. We felt robbed in this place, we've eaten in so many shakey's branches as we do tend to celebrate birthdays and whatnot there, and all severs were friendly and helpful but this is the first time that we felt like we've been scammed. WONT RECOMMEND TO EAT HERE. The server should be glad I didnt caught his name, and tbh this is the first time I'm leaving a review like this. Instead of eating here, eat at Shakey's V Central Molino or Shakey's Bacoor Junction were the servers are superb. DONT EAT HERE AT...

It was a tuesday 2nd week in march 2019. Half of the restaurant was blocked off. Waiting to sit was terrible. After sitting....getting service was even worse. It was 1230...lunch time right? Some people were just frustrated and leaving.too long to get an order. There were only 2 waitresess...to sit..order..clean. i talked to the "manager" blue/white pinstripe shirt. He was clueless on how to solve the problem. Not one thing got done right....meal....drinks...service...had the bill corrected twice!!!!...the manager lied about the beer...i caught them pouring san mig light into a draft mug...he even said they had draft. Its been one year that shakeys has gotten terrible..... delivery..havent done in a year...2 hours. Dine in....once in the past year...since they have a HIGH turnover in employees. And poor service in every way...and burnt food. You would think people would do the ssme as that day....GET UP AND WALK OUT!!!!!!!tuesday 2nd week in march 1230....and they still have my card.....which i wont go back anyway. Sad.i been eating there 8 years with a smile. Now.....no one has a smile there....customers and employees....you need...
